Sungale Digital Picture Frame Model Stay away from this one

Stay away from this one, I purchased this thinking that it would replace a viewer that finally gave out. Boy, was I wrong. First of all, this viewer will only work with Windows XP, not a Mac or Win 7. So it was impossible to load the included software and add or delete pictures to the viewer.

So, I tried an SD card... no go there either. Plus, the card didn't fit all the way into the viewer so I had 1/2 of the SD card sticking out of the viewer.

Net net, I was never able to get this thing to work (although the keychain viewer did work). No amount of Googling helped as there doesn't seem to have been any kind of software update since the day the product was released.
