Great price but you get what you pay for I ordered two frames and received them both without a problem. However one off the AC adapter cables was defective. Called Amazonno help. They said I needed to go through the vendor. Made another lengthy call to eventually find out I had to go through PanDigital directly. After a couple calls with VERY lengthy wait times I received a case number and was told someone would contact me within the week to get a new cable sent to me. Well it's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't heard a word.
broken on arrival These folks give amazon a bad name. Item wouldn't power on upon arrival. I was given the run around with nobody knowledgable to contact. Lousy deal. Still sitting in the box wasting space in my house. Out of hundreds of online purchases I've made this was the absolute worse. Wasted my money and time.
Picture Frame Picture quality and design are fine. My biggest problem is that the remote is twitchy and the menus are not userfriendly.
nice frame I bought this frame for my mom for christmas. It's a really nice frame for the money. If you didn't know it was refurbished you wouldn't guess that it was. It can in original packaging nothing was open. Very easy to set up and use. Very nice resolution! Very pleased with the product.
Don't Buy from this seller I purchased 5 Pandigital Photo Frames from this seller factory Depot as a gift for my family and Friends. I didn't opened the packing as they were gift. Finally when everyone opened the Photo Frames 4 out of 5 units didn't worked.I have some of my other friends who are using the Pandigital Photo Frames and they never faced any problem so I believe the seller has send me the nonworking units. The seller refused to take them back as the 30 days start from the day you placed your order and you need to contact Pandigital first before seller takes any return.I would not recommend to buy from this seller.
Customer service 0 I recieved this as a gift the remote wouldn't work. I checked and the battery was almost dead. I replaced it with a new one and it still didn't work. As others have said dealing with Pandigital is near impossible. After repeated phone calls and getting nothing but busy signals I was able to get a recording telling me that if I needed customer service to use their web site click goodbye. Three emails later the only responce from Pandigital has been an email saying they would contact me in 3 business days that was 2 weeks ago. The frame itself works but I want to use the features that only the remote will allow me. Because of no customer service I will absolutely never buy or recomend Pandigital products.
Dead on Arrival This product was dead on arrival and they were unwilling to take the product back and the manufacture was zero help as well. Money wasted do not buy this product in my opinion.
worked great for a month I got this for my wife and she loved it for a month. Now it is frozen on one picture. When we reset it cycles throught but gets stuck on acorrupt picture.
Defective Item but Courteous Factory Depot Service The Pandigital Pan Touch Picture Frame only worked for two weeks. However the Factory Depot issued a refund or a replacement if I wanted. I chose to receive a refund. I have ordered refurbished items many times without problems. I don't expect perfect refurbished items knowing that sometimes it can be a risk but I do expect issues to be resolved. The Factory Depot met these expectations and I will do business with them in the future. My refund was processed quickly. Learning the company's return policy is very important with all purchases.
Don't bother!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a pandigital frame I bought from Costco and really liked it. Unfortunately after 3 months of use the frame kept turning off and had to constantly be plugged back in to view the photos. We thought that since this is essentially the same frame as we had from costco that we could trust pandigital to have at least a moderate standard for quality with their refurbished product. Sadly this is not the case. Due to time constraints we just opened our frame to download photos exactly 32 days after purchase the warranty is only good for 30 and there is a white line that runs through the frame and the center of every photo displayed.Shame on us for not checking the product sooner and shame on Pandigital for representing something as refurbished with generally new quality when the complete opposite is true.
