software problems Viewer was delivered fine but could not download software.Vista 64bit. No response from customer service until after item had been returned. Could only leave a message when called. Response received via email only refered to the original website.
Not the easiest to use I bought this to be able keep pictures in my purse of my granddaughter to show family and friends. The fact that there are 5 five files to put your pictures in is great for organizing and it holds A LOT of pictures that part is great. The part I don't like is that the buttons at the top of the photo album are hard to push and I still can't figure out quickly how to move from one folder to another. The software that is used to move the pictures from my computer to the pocket album is not very user friendly. All in all for the price the photo album holds a lot of pictures which allows me to NOT have to keep them on my camera in order to show friends and family pictures.
Good portable option We got this product to take on an overseas trip visiting family. We chose this viewer due to the lithiumion battery for long charge life and the picture holding capacity. My only complaint is that the viewer was supposed to come preloaded with both the Mac and Windows version of the loading software. It only had the Mac version so I had to go to the website and download it. So far it seems easy to use.
Foci PAD280 Deluxe OLED Wow!! What a great price! What a great product! Very user freindly instructions easy to understand and well written. I received the PAD280 by USPS 4 hours ago read the instructions downloaded the software and loaded 259 photos into 3 diffent folders. The 5 folder feature is excellent for cataloging the photos. I perform energy audits and the PAD280 eliminates the need to carry my laptop to discuss the photos with associates. The PAD280 facilitates organizing the photos downloaded from my laptop in any order I wish. Can't believe all those features and accessories come at a price of less than $20. Also the shipping was incredibly fast from Amazon. I used Super Saver by bundling with another product and received it in 3 days by USPS!
software only can be used once I have one of these for myself and love it so bought one for my brother200 miles away. I put pictures on it from my computer not knowing that he can no longer put the software on his computer. Once it is hooked up it is loaded on the first computer. So I sent it back for help.. they sent it back UNTOUCHED LOTS OF POSTAGE FOR NOTHING. So then I emailed them it seems you can download the software except he doesn't have internet and don't plan on getting it. He drives truck and is never home. So now we have a viewer that is only good 200 miles away. great I emailed them and they have never answered. So much for support think I will do it again.
Very cool portable photo album I hate looking at people's photos on their cell phones because the screens are too small and/or low resolution. This has an amazingly clear sharp welllit screen that lets you actually SEE the pictures but it's still small enough to carry in a purse or pocket. Also really affordable! Made to run with PCs but I have Macs and was able to use it by loading an older Mac OS in a partition easy enough to do. Great product.
