Verbtaim Spindle For my purpose I wish they sell one color per 25 disc vs. 5 different colors in the spindle. Overall I been using them for a while and they do exactly what they supposed to do.
a 1st time LS user but I love em less than buck? priceless As a first time lightscribedisk user I think these are really cool.The free LS system software has a contrastsetting for dark that resulted in suprisingly crisp and visible labels. I was pleased.Twenty disks jewelcases each individually wrapped for freshness less than a buck delivered. wHowser!The retail box was dilapidated and looked used but product was NEW & Sealed.AMZN's box was in perfect condition.Great stocking stuffer for the techy w/LS of course .
Great product Not a single issue with these disks. They are amazing I use them for my photography business and they add something to the finished product and boutique packaging that other photographers here haven't stumbled on yet. I feel as though this gives me a creative finger print and I really enjoy it. No issues writing to the disks data or lightscribe. Excellent product.

fun dvd+r pack These disks are great! They work fine and are pretty colorful. I got them because of there color selection and that they are lightscribe discs. They work as expected and are fun colorful discs to have around. Now I can share some bowling videos with my friends on a colorful DVD.

Great discs from Verbatim As always! I bought these last week to use in a new LG WH12LS39K disc writer that I purchased from Amazon a few days earlier and initially had issues with the LightScribe side that was not recognized in the LG writer. Yesterday I uninstalled the LG software and reinstalled it and something unexpected happened The install application downloaded apparently brand new firmware for the writer and since then everything works fine. The LightScribe function really impresses me now. It is great to be able to label discs with labels that look professional and not to have to write on the disc with a Sharpie marker as I have done for years.I have burnt hundreds of discs over the past decade and found after much experimentation that Verbatim was in a class of its own. I have yet to produce a coaster using a Verbatim product. Yes I have produced many coasters over the years but when this happened with Verbatim discs it was due to my own faults not the disc quality. I now stick with Verbatim for all new purchases.My only issue is with the LightScribe technology itself It works fine but is a little slow. If your keep your label to a single semicircular row of text it is quite fast. But if you fill the disc with text or images it takes about 20 minutes. For me this is not a significant issue but it may be in some applications. I believe this is common to all LightScribe brands not unique to Verbatim. I assume this will improve in the future as the LightScribe techonology improves. And of course LightScribe labels are monochrome shades of gray not color.

Great Product I use these again and again in a bulk production LightScribe machine and the errors are very few.
Verbatun Lightscribe Disc This produc works very well with most formats. Have tried other brands and Verbatim gives top results.
Another good Verbatim product I purchased these discs to have something other than the standard gold ones to burn. I am quite new to the lightscribe scene. I have only used a couple of these discs so far. No problems burning my music mix discs and playback was flawless. Labeling also went well. It is nice to have a little variety.I also bought a spindle of the gold and have used several with no problems whatsoever.

GREAT CDs Never Fail! Verbatim Discs CDs or DVDs are the BEST! They never fail like many others. Any Computer they work perfectly. I was a mobile DJ for over 20 years so I did lots of CD recordings.
Lightscribe CD Purchased these to make my grandson some CD's. They workded perfectly and he loved the colors. Had no problems with them working in the computer.

Verbatim Gold LightScribe CDR These gold disks are the standard LightScribe disks and not the colored ones as represented in the first few reviews. They work great for me and the finished disk gives a nice deep picture that last longer than other brands I've used and much longer than any of the colored disks. No failures so far which is nice because I bought a pack of HP disks which would not burn at all. I've used several brands this is a good one.
Good Choice for Lightscribe! These Verbatim Lightscribe CDs work great. I had previously used a pack of Memorex and while they didn't give me problems they weren't as sharp as the Verbatim after the prints. I used these to make EP packages for my girlfriend's album. I created a grayscale image for the image to be printed saved as Jpeg and imported into the Lightscribe software. When printing I set the quality to high and also checked the Darker selection. Each CD image burn takes 30 minutes with these settings. But if you want a good print its worth it. If you are doing your own custom image and not using the prescribed text layouts they give you it will take just as long regardless of detail since the laser has to radiate over the entire CD no matter what the image is.Pros Sharp good contrast no duds. Great quality! Best price!Cons Sometimes it would have issue recognizing the CD when inserted for Lightscribing. I would just rotate the disc a bit before trying again and that would solve the issue. I think it has something to do with the CD writer trying to read the code on the center of the CD to verify the disc and for some reason it wasn't reading the code properly.
