A nonfunctional product This product simply did not work. After the first faint glimmer of an image on its screen the screen went nearly dark and nothing would make it work. I threw the product in the trash rather than mess with it or try to return it. I would guess that the company knows how bad the product is.
not good Worked for two weeks then the screen no longer worked not worth the money. I bought it for my husband who is being deployed so he always had a piece of us with him.
Digital Foci Pocket Album The low price for this item was great. However the instructions that came with it were not especially clear and it was difficult initially to get it recognized by my computer and other computers as well. But once I was able to upload pictures to the unit it performed well. For the low price however its difficult to complain too much.
Digital Pocket Album came without software I purchased the Digital Foci Pocket Album 1.5 Keychain Digital Photo Viewer Silver a few weeks ago. Because I was busy I just now got around to trying to use it. After I struggled with the hard plastic shell packaging I started to read the directions. I had the pocket album the USB cord the USBAC adapterbut no software!!I tried using the email the manual gave for technical support but Explorer said there was no such address. I was doing this on a weekend and naturally no one answered the phone at the company. So I really cannot review the product because the software was not included. I'm hoping I can get it without a hassle. On their general website they said that products packaged in hard plastic cannot be returned if they have been opened. I'm not sure how you're supposed to know if something is missing or defective if you don't open the package. I hope this story has a better ending than beginning. I'll write an update when I know how it turns out.
Junk I bought this item because it was closer in comparison to the popular Brookstone version of the digital photo keychain. It was basically the same price with cheaper shipping and looked to have a longer battery life. However upon my recipient opening the gift and trying to upload photos we found the item to be entirely defective. The photos would never appear on the keychain even though they appeared to be on the memory when viewing the item on your PC. I called the company's technical support and they didn't have any idea what was wrong and recommended sending it back.
Foci Pocket Album I gave this item as a gift to my wife after reading other Amazon reviews so we could load our son's wedding pictures on it. The instruction provided were clear and the software worked very well. Pictures were easy to load and no problems were noted. I would recommend this to any body.
Wort Thing ever I just get it today so I try to used but it doesn't work at all . I charge the battery 2 hours then I put the cd and install the software and then I conected to my laptop Usb but for my suprise it doesn't work at all. I go to the web site download all the things that they said but nothing happend I try it in several laptops an desktops but nothing.
Too Small This turned out to be too small for presenting images to show off our grandchildren. The user interface wasn't great either. I returned it.
nice gift Very nice gift. My wife loved it. She takes it to work and shows off her recent pics. It has a slide show option and it's easy to operate and the photo quality is really pretty good.
Portable Pictures This is a great gift. I gave it to my husband on Father's Day and he really enjoys it. It is a fun twist on wallet photos. Uploading the pictures is relatively easy. The only downfall is that it does have to be recharged frequently and so far it seems like you have to reset the clock and timer on it each time you recharge it.
