Do Not Buy white screen of death In short this picture frame worked fairly well for about a yearwhich is somewhat longer than most people who've had the white screen of death. My inlaws frame only lasted about 3 months before the white screen of death appeared. Kodak will replace it at your shipping expense if this happens within a year. You also will wait about 34 months for your refurbished one to arrive. Kodak's warrantee won't cover this after a year. Our frame just stopped working after 14 months so we are just out of luck. Support is less than stellar with no weekend hours.Do yourself a favor and don't buy this frame because its not built to last. If you want a frame that will only last about a year though this is probably a good one for you but a $100 or $150 dollar frame certainly should last longer than a year.Google around and see for yourself how many people have the white screen of death issue from which the frame can never recover from.
Died after 4 months of use This frame was a gift for my inlaws. They loved the product until last month when it quit working. Now we are trying to figure out how to get it fixed or replaced but we aren't sure that's possible. It's pretty obvious to me why Kodak went bankrupt they keep making crappy products.
picture frame purchased this frame as a gift for a greatgrandmother. they love the ability to get pictures almost immediately from the grandkids.
Fantastic This digital photo frame is amazing I got it for mothers day and she absolutely loves it! We can just email her a pic directly to the frame.
Easy and nice Have to say my mother is greatly enjoying the frame and the pictures being able to be loaded easily. I manage the frame from a remote site which helps make certain nothing by mistake gets reset on the frame.That is why I am now buying another.
Love this way to share photos Easy to set up and easy to use. Our family are big picture people and love to send pics to this frame. My friends and family from all over send pics for us to enjoy. I highly recommend this as a gift especially for grandmothers.
Very consumer friendly This frame is GREAT! I love that it has WiFi so I can email my pictures directly to it without having to load them on a memory card first. I also love it that I can adjust the display select specific pictures and control how they are displayed right from my computer without having to toggle through a menu screen on the frame itself. It also saves energy by turning itself off when it doesn't detect activity in the room and turns back on when there is movement.
Great for Grandparents I bought this product as a Mother's Day gift for my mom. I have to admit I was a little worried about the ease of use for her but it was a breeze. I think it took me 30 minutes to both set up the wireless and add about 200 pictures to the frame. She has received all of the pictures that family has sent to her without any problems. The frame itself is very nice looking and the picture is BEAUTIFUL.
great addition this frame offers all the things i was looking for. the display is great but the wifi makes it outstanding. i highly recommend it.
Kodak Pulse Frame White Screen of Death Bought frame as Christmas present for my wife.For 6 months it performed well great picture. Then it lost my wifi password and when I went to reenter it the setup screens had buttons/icons but no text explaining function of button. Was advised by support to perform a hard reset which I did. When it came back up some of the pictures were apparently corrupted on download. When I performed another reset to download the pictures again the screen froze with the white screen of death. This seems to be a not uncommon problem with these screens. I am now awaiting instructions to ship it back. We shall see if Kodak replaces it or not. In any case hard to recommend this product.
